Can a parent or sponsor guarantee the lease?

Yes. Our guest agreement includes a built-in Responsible Party guaranty — a parent, sponsor, or program signs alongside the student with one extra signature.

Are utilities included?

WiFi and water are included in every apartment, and each home carries a generous monthly electric allowance — you only pay for electric usage above the allowance, billed at cost with no markup.

I’m coming from outside the U.S. Can I apply?

Yes — this is one of the most common situations we serve. Simple screening; no U.S. credit history needed.

What do I need to bring?

Your suitcase. Furniture, kitchenware, and linens are provided, WiFi is on when you arrive, and gate access is set up before move-in.

Are pets allowed?

Pet-friendly options are available with community approval. Pet fees are passed through at the community’s exact cost with no markup — just tell us about your pet when you request housing.
