What if my contract extends?

The best kind of problem. Tell us when you know and we’ll extend your stay — our current guests extend all the time.

Are pets allowed?

Pet-friendly options are available with community approval. Pet fees are passed through at the community’s exact cost with no markup — just tell us about your pet when you request housing.

Can two nurses share a two-bedroom?

Yes, and it’s the smartest way to stretch two stipends. Both occupants go on the agreement; each gets a private bed/bath in our 2BR/2BA floor plans.
