Yes — direct billing is standard for us. Your company gets clean monthly invoices; you get a home that’s ready on day one.

We’re house-hunting — what if we find a home fast (or slow)?

That’s exactly what month-to-month is for. Thirty days’ written notice when you’re ready, and extensions are simple if the search runs long.

Do you place whole project teams?

Yes. We coordinate multiple units, staggered arrivals, and a single billing relationship for the employer.

Are utilities included?

WiFi and water are included in every apartment, and each home carries a generous monthly electric allowance — you only pay for electric usage above the allowance, billed at cost with no markup.
