Yes. We currently house service members on per diem and provide monthly invoices and documentation in the format finance offices expect.

What if my orders change?

Talk to us — flexibility for orders is part of how we operate. We’ll work with your new dates rather than hold you to ones the military rewrote.

Can my family stay with me?

Yes. Every occupant is simply listed on the agreement, and our two-bedrooms comfortably fit families.

Are utilities included?

WiFi and water are included in every apartment, and each home carries a generous monthly electric allowance — you only pay for electric usage above the allowance, billed at cost with no markup.
